My writing world has changed for 2026. I signed a contract with BOLDWOOD BOOKS as Glynis Peters, writing WW2 books.
This means that my contract with HarperCollins,writing Glynis Peters novels, has come to an end, but I will still write for them as Amber Raven. I wrote eight Orphan stories for HarperCollins OMC, and am about to embark on a new journey writing orphan stories for BoldWood.
There’s a difference in how both companies work, so I am learning new skills and updating tired platforms. This blog will probably become more active over the next few months. The newsletter may also change. It is an exciting time in my life – one where a lot of my friends have already retired. I am contracted through until 2028, so there are no retirement plans for me yet.
I have seen the cover for my first book with Boldwood Books, The Orphan’s Mission, and it is very on-brand with my work. I love the cover as it expresses everything the character I have created experiences along her journey to seek out more about her father’s life in France, but stumbles across more than she realised about both of her parents.
